Dominic Finney, Managing Partner - Strategy and Digital Development
Driven by his passion for technology-driven change and underpinned by his own personal experience in founding, expanding, and exiting businesses in the technology space.
Dominic began his career in the technology space in 1998, working Enterprise Solutions at Netscape (Acquired by AOL), then joined a number of global marketing agencies (Publicis, Dentsu) where he held a number of strategic and senior management positions, until eventually jointly founding FaR Partners in 2008 which was subsequently sold to the USA technology services company Theorem Inc in 2014, through which he established a unique understanding of the technology industry and how to expand businesses internationally with this sector. Dominic has been based and worked across the USA, UK and Europe and therefore has great experience and a network of partners to enable clients to expand their businesses internationally.
Mike Kerans, CRO - Sales and client servicing
Mike Kerans has been consulting in digital media revenue building since 2007, founding C.R.O. Partners in 2008.
He works with clients in the USA market where he drives revenue growth and supports the client assessment and market growth services. Mike has great experience helping clients scale, growing ad revenue with agencies and desks and/or with technology companies implementing platform solutions with publishers.
Mike has helped launch and grow businesses across client direct, retail media, online video, rich media, social, gaming, data, brand safety and verification
Houda Lemrini, Managing Partner - Funding and Business Planning
Driven by her passion for new technologies, her belief in talents and her understanding of strategic investments.
She began her career in investment banking in 2005, worked in strategy consulting at Monitor Group (Acquired by Deloitte in 2012), and then joined the M&A and strategy teams of global digital, consulting and IT services leaders (Accenture and Capgemini) where she performed at C Suite level and has developed a deep understanding of the industry.
Ashok Shrinivas, Managing Partner - Technology Development Services
Ashok began his career as a technology development lead for major startups such as Glam Media and Adaptive. He developed and managed their in-house technology platforms including the development of Adserver and analytics tools.
Ashok went on to work for major technology service companies in India such as Theorem Inc. Where he managed a 100+ development team across the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem. As well as managing large information systems teams for Global delivery centers, Ashok has filed patents in Ad technology and Adserving methods.
